A tool I built

The go-home sheet I send after surgery and dentals.

I'm a solo vet. After a dental or a spay, the owner is at the counter with a groggy pet and a folded sheet that ends up on the floor of the car. I got tired of that, so I built DischargePro.

It takes the visit and turns it into one page: the pet's photo, the meds I sent home, a recovery roadmap, what to call us about, how to care for the incision, and a short note in my own words. The clinic name, logo, phone, and colors come from settings. There are six color themes. You can talk the note in if you'd rather not type. Templates cover dentals, spays, surgery, and glucose curves.

This is an early version. I'm showing it because I want other clinics to click around and tell me what's missing.
